Spring Has Sprung!

Pennsylvania was blessed with a very mild winter this year, followed by an early Spring. We have been loving all this warm, sunny weather! Everything feels so new and refreshing.

I must be getting very nostalgic now that my third baby is here. Perhaps it's because I know just how quickly time passes once you have children, and just how quickly those children grow up. As the weather warmed up, I began to savor all the precious moments. I am captivated by the carefree innocence of my children, and am trying to absorb all these memories.

We spent a lovely day with Grant's family yesterday afternoon. I stepped back and quietly captured all the sweet moments. These moments are the ones I will hold onto forever.

Skinny legs with scraped up knees, shoved into over-sized rain boots.

Sundresses and polka dot rain boots. The cutest, quirkiest combination.

The endless searches for frogs.

A smile that lights up a room.

Siblings that may fight at times, but are the best of friends.

Sweet smiles tossed my way in the midst of playtime.

A tutu-ed sleeping baby.

The sweet moments when she first wakes up.

The happiness on my father-in-law's face as he held his newest granddaughter for the first time.

Quiet companionship.

The sweetness of a little girl.

Days so full and enjoyable that sleep comes quickly.
