On Saturday morning, we headed to a birthday party for our friend Tracy's daughter. Adorable little Charlotte was celebrating her first birthday!
We had so much fun! Tracy worked hard on the party. Everything looked so cute, and the food was delicious! A lot of our friends were there, and the kids ran around the entire time with their buddies. Two of the moms from the blogger/twitter moms group Tracy and I belong to were there. It was so nice to see Stephanie and Amy!
I think Charlie had a great party!
We had so much fun, that we ended up hosting an impromptu after party at our house! Actually, I had no clue about it, until our friends started telling me what they were bringing over to eat. Grant arranged the whole thing at the party, and didn't tell me! I'm a go-with-the-flow type of person, so it sounded good to me!
Our entire group of friends ended up coming over, right after the party. Tracy brought over the party leftovers, and our friend Amber brought over the remaining food from her cookout the night before. The house was loud and crowded with 10 adults and 11 kids, but it was a lot of fun!
We had a great day with great friends!

I am very familiar with being outnumbered by kids, it's just how it goes. So glad you have a fun group of friends that will just invite themselves over, those are the best kind!
